My external hard drive crashed earlier this week, I feel like part of my heart has been ripped out. I will obviously be looking into purchasing more cloud storage for myself so I do not experience the heart wrenching pain. I sent it out of state to have the files extracted by the super-tech-nerds and praying to the tech Gods that the files are recoverable. With science on our side, I am hopeful, but still very anxious.
If the files are unsalvageable, I will move on. I will accept it as a digital cleanse. I don't need those old documents from college anyway. & I can recreate graphics for my clients, because I am a badass. But I would sure love my photographs back, especially of my family.
Word of the day:
Flawsome: adj. an individual who embraces their "flaws" and knows they are awesome regardless.
