Note to self: do not be cooped up on a snow day and eat these things, unless you want to be doing chores. I should probably put that energy towards house chores since I have the day off, but I am going to edit some photos instead and learn some new editing tricks.
!906 Dark Chocolates, "Go" (sativa), is no joke. My heart is racing and I need to go for a run or something. The sativa chocolates use The Farm's Whiteout strain, which is pretty active and alert. I should have known better that knowing this strain in combination with the other herbal ingredients would be extremely hyperactive.
"The combination of coffee, theanine, caffeine, theobromine and YOHIMBE in these delicious dark chocolates will provide the extra energy you need to stay at your physical peak. Enhance your senses as you stay active reactivating the dormant powers within you." -1906
Coffee-Coffee is slightly acidic and can have a stimulating effect on humans because of its caffeine content.
Theanine- Able to cross the blood–brain barrier, theanine has reported psychoactive properties. Theanine has been studied for its potential ability to reduce mental and physical stress, improve cognition, and boost mood and cognitive performance in a synergistic manner with caffeine.
Caffeine- Caffeine is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant of the methylxanthine class. It is the world's most widely consumed psychoactive drug.
theobromine- Theobromine is the primary alkaloid found in cocoa and chocolate. It has an effect similar to, but lesser than, that of caffeine in the human nervous system. Theobromine is a vasodilator (a blood vessel widener), a diuretic (urination aid), and heart stimulant.
Yohimbe- Extracts from yohimbe have been used in traditional medicine in West Africa as an aphrodisiac and have been marketed in developed countries as dietary supplements.
Dark Chocolate-. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants, such as polyphenols, and is relatively low in sugar.
Info from Wikipedia. Is that still credible? I found this wiki debat article interesting.
I recommend this dark chocolate treat for anyone who enjoys that hyperactive part of drinking just a little too much coffee yet not strung out.
