This is my attempt to document the progress of naturally enhancing my booty & other bodily features. Not necessarily for festival season, but to keep myself motivated and aware of my goals, and also to be my boyfriends guinea pig. 

Week one, day one, of improving my wellness begins with below the belt exercises only. It goes like this:

Start with 10-15 min cardio warm up, I started with the stairmaster, because, you know, the leg exercises listed wasn't enough.

 
Lying Hamstring Curl 2 warm up sets 4 sets gradually increasing weight 3 sets decreasing weight back down.

After, I treated myself a Heavenly Hash Bath made by Mary Jane's Medicinals to help with recovery and distract me from the soreness that will ensue. Mary Jane's Medicinals, she knows what's up.
